Easy Refreshing Enhanced Waters

Image
I like to make my waters in Mason jars because they travel easy that way. Two make a pitcher just x the recipe by 4. BLUEBERRY LEMON ROSEMARY ingredients: 1/2 of a lemons sliced and cut I'm half, 5 blueberries, fresh rosemary or essential oil. I get my essential oils HERE (tthis isn't an affiliate link but where I buy oils for myself and family I live in California and most of my herbs have not survived the drought and watering restrestrictions. So when I can't get fresh rosemary I add 1 to 2 drops of Young Living Rosemary essential oil, that way I get the health benefits and the flavor. 1.Squeeze all but 1 or 2 of the lemon slices in the jar. And put the 1 or 2 slices in 2. Put in 1 sprig of rosemary or essential oil 3. Put in blueberries. Give them a gentle squease. 4. Add water to the top. 5. Refrigerate the water for 2 hours and it's ready to enjoy. Blueberries are great antioxidants,  rosemary is great for inflammation, lemons are great for you skin,

Dash of cinnamon Place everything in your container mix and put it into the fridge for at least 6 hours. I like to prep mine about 3pm when I give my boys a snack and I give them the rest of the apple. Enjoy your oats the next morning! Eating it cold is not required, you can heat themost up or let them get to room temperature by leaving them on the counter for a
